• Meeting called to order by Carlisle Rogers, WA4ULE, Club Treasure.with introduction of members and Guests.
• Recieved Thank you letter from Red Cross for our Donation.

Minutes of the Board of Directors 06/12/2000

• Field Day, Getting equipment and radios ready for Field Day.
• Work on Repeater. Should be in the next week. Work on Duplexers.
• Treasures report was submitted.
• Meeting adjourned.
  

Field Day: June 24-25, Setup on June 23
Directions;
To go to Charlie Thomson's place in the mountains. Hwy 14 North thru Landrum.cross over Interstate 26, go 7 miles past I 26. After you cross over I 26, Hwy.14 changes to Landrum Rd. after you go the 7 miles, you will cross Hwy 9 (at Crossroad), continue on for 1 mile, you will turn onto Moore Rd.(turn left).
Drive is on left.
If you go I 26, go to exit 1 on 26, get off, head north. follow directions above. If you have any problems. Club Repeater 146.610+
Times:
Setup on Friday June 23,2000 late afternoon
Sat we start field day at 2pm and go till 2pm Sunday June 24-25
Important note: If you plan to camp, there are no hookups.
